Avocados are healthy, but I was never a fan of the stuff. This Creamy Guacamole made me a convert.
You will need:
One large ripe Avocado half a medium onion finely chopped 2 large jalapenos seeded and finely chopped juice of half a lime 1/4 tsp of ground cumin powder 1 cup of light sour cream salt and pepper to taste
You can do it all in a food processor or chop and smash by hand.
Add one cup of sour cream. The sour cream helps make this guacamole creamy and adds a tang to the dip.
Serve with your favorite chips or even on top of our favorite Mexican style dish. Enjoy
